I woke up today to Google's announcement of the Alphabet project. One day at the office and I go to sleep to Youtube's notification that one of my most watched videos (and the only one on my channel that made it to Neil Rubenking's Security Watch column on PC Magazine) has been removed for 'spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content'. Out of those 11,000 viewers, two users have reported it as potentially harmful and it was enough for teh Youtube review team to delist my video. Continue reading

For the past two years, Lufthansa has been very close to my heart. So close that I would have taken one of their flights to work, although I'm living three blocks away from the office. Every business trip I've made, I flew Lufthansa and they never disappointed me, not even when they lost my luggage in Frankfurt. Shit happens and I know that. I thought of buying the Ubuntu Messenger bag from the Canonical web shop for more than three years, but I postponed it mostly because I did not know what to expect from it.
